Bollegraah bottle recycling system: with Titech model 1400 & 2000 color & metal sorters, West Salem bale breaker with bottle cap eliminator, Selco-Green Machine final waste baler with aluminum can and waste plastic recovery bins.

Herbold plastic grinding/granulating sets: segregated into production groups for clear, green, and coated flake materials. Operation supported by flake bins, material blowers, and Goekel automatic blade sharpener.

Clear & green plastic flake washing circuits: partial listing includes B+B Anlagenbau GmbH horizontal and vertical “turbo” washers, Carter Day spin washers, Sweco vibro-energy and rectangular separating screens, Kice “elutriator” cleaners.

Color & metal sort decks: includes Satake ScanMaster-II color sort machines as new as 2010, PowerSort 200 optical scanner, complete metal sort deck with (16) S+S metal detectors, plus Forsberg de-stoners, stainless infeed and crossover feed screws.

High production flake drying system: complete with Scott all-stainless plow mixer, vertical pre-drying tower reactor, 60000 lb/hr rotary kiln, Bry-Air dehumidifier, along with separate Sly tower scrubber groups for dryer and kiln circuits.

Flake handling & storage: (12) Columbia TecTank storage silos for regrind, day storage and load out operations, Big Bag loading stations designed by Walton Stout, plus wide assortment of material blowers, recirculating jet filters, and cyclone collectors.

Facility equipment: New (unused) waste water system with Centrisys decanter centrifuge, RO skid and stainless settling tanks, Quincy 300 hp air compressors, Cummins emergency gen set, material handling trucks, and maintenance shop.

Real Estate Available: 35-acre parcel with (2) structures, one a 50,000 sq. ft. recycled process building with 20′ ceilings, the other a 60,000 sq. ft. final process production building. Both with separate offices, compressed air supply, and maintenance areas.
