Before bidding, you must register as a buyer. The best time and place to register is online before the auction, or at the on-site preview
To register online, all you need is a credit card. If you are not already a VIP member, we'll first ask for your name, address, phone, etc. This allows you to register for any auction as an onsite bidder, to bid online, or to place proxy bids. We'll place a $500.00 credit authorization on your MasterCard, Visa or American Express. No funds will transfer until you win bids. The final step is to declare what payment option you will use for winning bids. That's all there is to it.
Bidders who wish to register after arriving at the auction site should be prepared with a Bank's Letter and a check, or cashier's check, or cash for 25% of expected total bids.
Four forms of payment are accepted for deposits and final payment:

The balance and full payment for all winning bids is due within 24 hrs of the end of sale. The easiest way to assure your bidding status and to make final payment is to first obtain a Letter of Guarantee from your bank. This letter guarantees that your bank will honor your check payable to the auctioneer for a specified maximum amount. When you register on site, all you'll need is a signed check with the amount left blank. We'll hold your blank check and the letter during the bidding. When you are ready to cash-out, you'll simply fill in the amount of your total winning bids. If you end the auction with a zero balance, your check and letter will be returned to you.If you prefer, you may also use a Bank Letter to guarantee a maximum amount of funds that will be transferable by wire directly to the auctioneer's account within 24 hours of the close of the sale.
